The plot takes a dramatic turn with the shocking revelation that Uta is the estranged daughter of Red-Haired Shanks. This revelation triggers a fierce scramble among various factions converging on the venue to capture or claim her.

Uta is revealed to be a childhood friend of Luffy, with whom she shared a deep bond before Shanks and his crew set sail, after which they lost contact. Luffy, serving as captain, attends the concert as an ordinary audience member alongside the rest of the Straw Hat crew at their request. As the concert reaches its halfway point, Luffy grows restless and attempts to leave, prompting Uta to stop him and officially setting the main plot into motion.

It is soon uncovered that Uta's Devil Fruit ability allows her to transport the souls of anyone who listens to her singing into a virtual dream world.
