自2022年8月起，趙靈兒和曲布的「偶遇」影片迅速走紅，兩人的粉絲數超過兩百萬。透過虛構故事和幕後製作團隊，他們將便宜的農產品偽裝成大涼山的特產，銷售至中國20多個省份，營業額超過千萬。利用「助農」和「優質原生態」等概念引起同情，刺激消費。

這是針對網紅帶貨詐欺的首次偵辦案例。截至2023年12月29日，涼山州昭覺縣人民法院一審宣判，趙靈兒、曲布等9人被判處8個月至3年2個月不等的有期徒刑。

Through fabricated stories and a behind-the-scenes production team, they disguised inexpensive agricultural products as specialties of Daliang Mountain, selling them to over 20 provinces in China with sales exceeding tens of millions. They capitalized on concepts like "supporting farmers" and "high-quality ecology" to evoke sympathy and stimulate consumer spending.

This marks the first investigation into influencer-driven fraud cases. As of December 29, 2023, the first-instance trial conducted by the Zhaojue County People's Court in Liangshan Prefecture sentenced Zhao Linger, Qubu, and seven others to various prison terms ranging from 8 months to 3 years and 2 months.
