截至2024年1月2日,有四名基輔居民未經授權拍攝,並非法傳播關於俄軍導彈和無人機對政府機構進行大規模轟炸的影片。這樣的信息可能會被敵方用於情報搜集,並改變攻擊目標。目前,當局將全面展開調查,對所有涉案人員進行逮捕。因此,計畫前往烏克蘭旅行或居住的人士應格外小心。即使是軍隊人員也被禁止拍攝,否則可能面臨類似司法起訴。

Recently, the Ukrainian Security Service announced that those who publicly disclose images of Ukrainian military activities or attacks by Russia may face a maximum sentence of 12 years in prison.

As of January 2, 2024, four residents of Kyiv were found to have unauthorizedly filmed and illegally disseminated videos related to Russian missile and drone attacks on government facilities. Such information could be used by the enemy for intelligence gathering and altering attack targets. Currently, authorities are launching a comprehensive investigation and making arrests of all involved individuals. Therefore, individuals planning to travel to or reside in Ukraine should exercise extreme caution. Even military personnel are prohibited from filming, as failure to comply may result in similar legal prosecution.
