近日，大陸發生一起因失戀而引發的詐騙案件，引起社會廣泛關注。一名女子因感情挫折，心情極度低落，急切希望與前男友復合，於是花費兩萬多元人民幣尋求一位自稱“感情大師”的幫助。該“大師”向她承諾，只要按照他的指示操作，7到12天內必定能讓她與前男友重修舊好。

在整個過程中，女子每次進行“大師”的法事需支付500元，而整個操作前後累計花費超過兩萬元。然而，苦苦等待12天後，前男友並未如承諾般回來。女子要求退款時，卻遭到“大師”拒絕，甚至沒有任何效果，也無法取回已付的費用。整個過程讓女子陷入極大的精神與經濟困境。

案件最終進入司法程序。法院經審理認定，所謂的“大師”行為構成詐騙罪，利用受害者對感情的焦慮與心理弱點，故意編造虛假承諾以牟取金錢利益，嚴重侵害了受害人的財產權益與身心健康。法院判決該“大師”有期徒刑六個月，並對案件進行公開宣判，以儆效尤。

這起事件不僅反映出部分人在情感困境下的易受騙心理，也提醒公眾在面對類似“感情復合”“心靈療法”等高額費用承諾時應保持理性與警惕，避免因一時心急而落入詐騙陷阱。

The court sentenced the master to six months in prison and publicly announced the verdict as a warning to others.

This incident highlights how people in emotional distress can become easy targets for scams. It also serves as a reminder to the public to remain rational and cautious when confronted with high-cost promises of “love restoration” or “spiritual guidance,” in order to avoid falling victim to fraud.
