最近，中國大陸對未成年人犯罪進行新的修改規定。已滿16歲的孩子對所有犯罪行為都需負完全的刑事責任，而滿12歲的兒童犯罪者也要被判刑。

對於已滿14歲但未滿16歲的人，如果犯有故意殺人、故意重傷他人致死或致殘、強姦、搶劫、放火或投放危險物質等罪行，也應該負刑事責任。對於已滿12歲但未滿14歲的兒童，如果犯有故意殺人、故意傷害致死或造成嚴重殘疾，情節惡劣者經最高人民檢察院批准後也應該負刑事責任。

在日本，法院對情節嚴重的未成年犯罪者給予重刑。臺灣是否也應該修改法律？您對此有何看法？

Recently, mainland China has introduced new regulations regarding juvenile delinquency. Individuals aged 16 and above are held fully criminally responsible for all criminal activities, and children aged 12 and above who commit crimes are also subject to imprisonment.

For those aged 14 to under 16, if they commit intentional murder, intentionally cause serious injury resulting in death or disability, commit rape, robbery, arson, or release hazardous substances, they should also bear criminal responsibility. For children aged 12 to under 14, if they commit intentional murder, intentionally cause fatal injuries, or cause severe disabilities, those with particularly egregious circumstances should be held criminally responsible after approval from the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

In Japan, courts impose heavy sentences on juvenile offenders with severe circumstances. Should Taiwan also consider amending its laws? What are your thoughts on this matter?
