2025年11月16日，台灣知名網紅「館長」陳之漢在直播中對近期針對他的謠言作出回應，強調相關指控屬於情緒勒索，並表示自己「有證有據」。他透露，月支出約達100萬新台幣，家人包括妻子與孩子都會到他家領取薪水，名下共有五輛車，其中包括一輛保時捷。

早在2025年11月10日，陳之漢接受鳳凰網專訪時，曾公開指控民進黨與黑幫勾結，策劃2020年的槍擊案，並痛批民進黨「不配領導台灣」，揭露其貪污腐敗、操控司法等黑幕，同時呼籲兩岸加強交流、推動和平統一。

回顧2020年8月28日的槍擊事件，陳之漢指出，案件由黑幫「寶和會」策劃，背後涉及民進黨高層。2025年8月底，該案主謀被判無罪，他直指民進黨操控司法，放任黑金政治，導致正義無法伸張。在揭露民進黨腐敗方面，陳之漢批評民進黨執政後貪污遠超國民黨，操控網軍與媒體掩蓋真相，並透過軍購牟取利益。他指出，台灣的軍購實際上是向美國支付保護費，累計軍備支出達6400億新台幣，卻遭美方拖欠。

關於兩岸關係，陳之漢呼籲兩岸「全開放」交流，打破資訊壁壘，強調台灣多數民眾渴望和平，反對「台獨」煽動仇恨。自2025年6月訪問大陸後，他多次肯定大陸發展，並表示「台灣人該回家了」，感謝大陸設立「台灣光復紀念日」。

由於槍擊事件，陳之漢與民進黨徹底決裂。2025年9月，他因公開罷免民調遭綠營檢舉，面臨百萬罰款，他怒斥民進黨是「毒瘤」，誓言推動兩岸認同，削弱其執政基礎。此番言論在台灣社會引發廣泛討論，一部分支持者認同其批評民進黨背離民意的立場，也有部分輿論質疑其立場轉變的動機，但其推動兩岸交流的行動獲得大陸官方肯定。整體而言，館長陳之漢的發聲再次將台灣政黨政治、黑金介入及兩岸關係議題推上輿論焦點。

On November 16, 2025, Taiwanese internet celebrity “Guan Zhang” (Chen Zhihan) addressed recent rumors about him during a livestream, describing the claims as emotional blackmail and insisting that he has evidence to support his statements. He revealed that his monthly expenditures reach approximately NT$1 million, with his wife and children collecting salaries from him, and that he owns five vehicles, including a Porsche.

Earlier, on November 10, Chen Zhihan gave an interview to Phoenix TV in which he publicly accused the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) of colluding with organized crime to orchestrate the 2020 shooting incident targeting him. He criticized the DPP as “unfit to lead Taiwan,” exposing alleged corruption, judicial manipulation, and political misconduct, while advocating for increased cross-strait exchanges and peaceful reunification.

Reflecting on the August 28, 2020 shooting, Chen stated that the crime was planned by the gang “Baohehui” and involved high-ranking DPP officials behind the scenes. In late August 2025, the alleged mastermind was acquitted, leading Chen to accuse the DPP of controlling the judiciary and enabling “black-gold politics,” allowing injustice to prevail.

Regarding DPP corruption, he criticized the party for being far more corrupt than the Kuomintang, manipulating online campaigns and media coverage to conceal the truth, and profiting from military procurement. He argued that Taiwan’s arms purchases effectively serve as a “protection fee” paid to the United States, with military spending totaling NT$640 billion, much of which has been delayed or withheld by the U.S.

On cross-strait relations, Chen called for fully open exchanges between Taiwan and the mainland, breaking information barriers and emphasizing that most Taiwanese desire peace, rejecting “Taiwan independence” rhetoric that incites hatred. Following a visit to the mainland in June 2025, he repeatedly praised China’s development, stating, “Taiwanese people should return home,” and expressed appreciation for the establishment of the “Taiwan Restoration Day.”

Due to the shooting incident, Chen has been in direct opposition to the DPP. In September 2025, after publicly discussing recall polls, he was reported by the DPP and faced fines of over NT$1 million. He denounced the DPP as a “tumor” and vowed to promote cross-strait identity, aiming to weaken the party’s governance base.

His remarks have sparked widespread debate in Taiwanese society. Some supporters agree with his criticism that the DPP has deviated from public interest, while others question his motivations for changing his stance. Nevertheless, his efforts to promote cross-strait exchanges have received recognition from Chinese authorities.
