2025年11月18日，柬埔寨柴楨省初級法院發生一起驚險的持槍劫囚事件，一名女子協助六名越南籍囚犯從法院成功逃脫，但柬埔寨警方當天傍晚即將所有涉案人員全部抓獲，事件引起社會高度關注，也暴露出法院押解及安保流程的漏洞。

事發當日，一名身穿黑衣的女子提前進入法院，趁執法人員押解囚犯時，從衣物內掏出手槍交給一名越南籍囚犯。該囚犯接過槍後對警員開槍，隨即與女子及其他五名囚犯衝出法院，迅速登上事先停靠在法院外的黑色雷克薩斯轎車逃離現場。整個劫囚行動從開始到逃離現場僅不到一分鐘，被認為是“有組織、有預謀”的作案行動。

柬埔寨警方與憲兵立即展開聯合行動，透過快速布控與交火，在當天傍晚，即事件發生約九小時內，將包括六名逃犯及劫囚女子在內的七名涉案人員全部抓獲，並繳獲涉案車輛。值得慶幸的是，交火過程中未造成人員傷亡，所有涉案人員已被羈押，等待進一步審理。

涉案的六名逃犯均為越南籍，涉嫌跨國犯罪，包括毒品走私、網絡詐騙及網絡賭博等，此前已被捕。至於劫囚女子的身份及動機仍在調查中，初步懷疑她與某犯罪團夥存在聯繫。事後，柬埔寨司法部門表示，將對押解流程中的漏洞進行全面審查，並加強法院及押解過程的安全措施，以防類似事件再次發生。案件仍在進一步調查中，包括槍械來源及其他涉案細節，相關責任人將依法追究。

On November 18, 2025, a dramatic armed prison escape occurred at the Provincial Court in Svay Rieng, Cambodia, when a woman assisted six Vietnamese inmates in breaking out of custody. Cambodian authorities managed to apprehend all the individuals involved by the same evening, highlighting both the audacity of the crime and vulnerabilities in court security and prisoner transport procedures.

On the day of the incident, a woman dressed in black gained early access to the courthouse. During the transfer of the prisoners, she produced a handgun from her clothing and handed it to one of the Vietnamese inmates. The inmate then fired at the officers before fleeing with the woman and the other five prisoners. The group quickly boarded a black Lexus sedan that had been parked outside the courthouse in advance. The entire escape took less than one minute and was widely regarded as a premeditated and organized operation.

Cambodian police, in coordination with the gendarmerie, launched a rapid response operation. Through strategic deployment and limited engagement, they apprehended all seven individuals involved—including the six escaped prisoners and the assisting woman—within approximately nine hours of the breakout, and recovered the getaway vehicle. Fortunately, there were no casualties during the exchange, and all suspects remain in custody pending further legal proceedings.

The six escaped inmates, all Vietnamese nationals, were previously arrested for transnational crimes including drug trafficking, online fraud, and cyber gambling. The identity and motive of the assisting woman remain under investigation, with preliminary indications suggesting possible links to a criminal network.

Following the incident, Cambodian judicial authorities announced plans to review prisoner transport protocols and strengthen court security to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Investigations are ongoing to determine the source of the firearm and to clarify other details of the case, with responsible parties expected to face legal consequences.
