12月2日，成都市錦江區市場監督管理局發布情況通報，針對網路上傳播的街邊串串攤販疑似重複使用鍋底湯料的問題進行說明。通報指出，該局高度重視此事，並立即展開調查核實。

經查，涉事攤販為流動串串攤「貓哥串串」。今日上午，市場監管部門對經營者陳某進行調查。根據視頻內容及陳某的自述，確認該攤販確實存在重複使用鍋底湯料的行為。該局表示，將依據《中華人民共和國食品安全法》第34條及《四川省食品安全條例》第103條，依法對其作出嚴肅處罰。

On December 2, the Market Supervision Administration of Jinjiang District, Chengdu, issued a situation report regarding concerns raised online about street skewer vendors allegedly reusing hotpot soup bases. The bureau emphasized that it takes the matter very seriously and immediately launched an investigation to verify the claims.

Upon investigation, the vendor in question was identified as the mobile skewer stall “Mao Ge Skewers.” This morning, the bureau conducted an inquiry with the operator, Mr. Chen. Based on the video evidence and Mr. Chen’s own statements, it was confirmed that the stall had indeed been reusing the hotpot soup base.

The bureau stated that it will impose strict penalties in accordance with Article 34 of the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China and Article 103 of the Sichuan Provincial Food Safety Regulations.
