超任遊戲《奇哥足球》( Zico's Soccer)是以足球為主題的運動遊戲，並以前巴西國家隊選手奇哥冠名。因為操作不佳的問題造成銷售量不佳。然而，部分日本玩家卻驚人發現裡面有成人內容，後來證實他們玩到的是經過修改的版本，這種修改版被稱為「Hack ROM」或「盜版ROM」。

The Super Nintendo game Zico's Soccer is a sports game themed around soccer and named after the former Brazilian national team player Zico. Despite its branding, poor controls led to low sales. However, some Japanese players astonishingly discovered adult content within the game, later confirmed to be in a modified version. This altered version is known as a "Hack ROM" or "Pirated ROM."

During the Super Nintendo era, players and hackers frequently modified popular games, altering graphics, text, and gameplay. Some hackers added inappropriate dialogue, images, or scenes and redistributed these modified versions, often causing confusion as players mistakenly assumed they were playing the official version. These modified versions circulated through the pirated market or online, sometimes leading unsuspecting players to download or purchase adult-content versions unknowingly.

Since game cartridges and ROMs back then lacked the stringent digital protection found in modern games, modifying content was relatively easy. As a result, Zico's Soccer, an unpopular sports game, became a target for creators like Seibu Planning. They would collect inexpensive cartridges from the market, install their own program without removing the original software, and then resell the modified cartridges. This led some players to think they were playing a straightforward soccer game, only to find adult elements incongruously inserted. These altered versions were never official releases; they were illegally modified copies, which now sell for a high price on the secondhand market.
