總共有五大關卡，關卡由許多小關卡組成，每個大關卡的終點都有頭目需要打倒，如果不幸死亡，還可以續命五次。舞台有城市街道、工廠、地下基地等。關卡難度會逐漸增加，需要不斷提升操作技巧和戰術。

第一關海港(Sea Port)：有4個舞台，1-4是頭目戰。一開始會面對水手、猴子跟機器人甲蟲。

第二關下水道(Underground Sewers)：有3個舞台，2-3是頭目戰。因為上方的空間限制，很難進行大幅跳躍，會出現大量的忍者。

第三關城市屋頂(Rooftops of the City)：相當長的舞台，最好避開機器人並快速移動，否則他的身體會跟在身後漂浮相當久的時間。

第四關空中堡壘(Air Fortress)：有3個舞台，4-3是頭目戰。一開始最好向上移動，並消滅兩位射擊的士兵後持續前進。

第五關最終堡壘(Final Fortress)：分成兩個舞台的最終關卡，有許多強大的敵人和危險的陷阱，需要擊敗最終頭目加爾達。

The game comprises five major stages, each consisting of several sub-stages. At the end of each major stage, a boss fight awaits. If players die, they can continue up to five times. The stages include city streets, factories, and underground bases, with increasing difficulty that demands enhanced skills and tactics.

The first stage is the Sea Port, featuring four sub-stages with a boss fight in the fourth. Players face sailors, monkeys, and robot beetles. The second stage is the Underground Sewers with three sub-stages, the third being the boss fight, challenging players with confined spaces that limit jumping and an abundance of ninjas. The third stage is the Rooftops of the City, a lengthy stage where avoiding robots is crucial as their bodies can hover for extended periods. The fourth stage is the Air Fortress with three sub-stages, beginning with upward movement to eliminate shooting soldiers. The final stage, Final Fortress, is divided into two sub-stages with numerous formidable enemies and traps, culminating in the ultimate battle against Garuda.

操作方面，可以控制其中一名忍者進行遊戲。方向鍵用於移動，A鍵用於跳躍，B鍵用於攻擊。每種武器都有其特定的攻擊範圍和效果，需要靈活運用來應對不同的敵人和挑戰。主要有刀、鏈槍、炸彈和飛鏢。刀跟鏈槍可以無限次數使用，一開始武器都是初級，最高可以升到LEVE3，遇到無法突破的關卡或是敵人過多，可以按住B紐6秒，召喚閃電給全畫面的敵人痛擊，不過會耗損八格生命格。

In terms of controls, players can control one of the ninjas. The D-pad is used for movement, the A button for jumping, and the B button for attacking. Each weapon has specific attack ranges and effects, requiring strategic use to tackle various enemies and challenges. The primary weapons include a sword, chain whip, bombs, and shurikens. The sword and chain whip can be used indefinitely, starting at a basic level and upgrading to level 3. If players encounter insurmountable challenges or excessive enemies, holding the B button for 6 seconds summons a lightning attack that strikes all enemies on the screen but depletes eight health units.

主要的秘技:當選擇台數的時候，按 A、A、A、A、B、B、B、B、A、B、A、B、A、B、A、B。成功的話會聽到聲響，這時候就可以進行選關、聲音測試跟無敵的操作。

1.在P1控制器按A跟B，P2控制器按B就能跳到5-1關。在P1控制器按A跟B，P2控制器按A就能跳到5-2關。在P1控制器按A跟B，P2控制器按A跟B就能進行音效測試。

2.首先進入關卡選擇模式，按住P2控制器的下跟選關的按紐，進入遊戲後就能呈現無敵狀態。
