徐少龍（1952年—2025年2月7日，原名徐浩城）是臺灣臭名昭著的罪犯與新興宗教創立者，同時曾任已解散的中華中正黨榮譽主席。他活躍於新北市深坑地區，以創立一個帶有強烈個人崇拜色彩的邪教組織而聞名，並涉及多起刑事案件，包括性侵、猥褻、詐欺與傷害罪。他也是電影《周處除三害》中「邪教尊者」林祿和的主要原型。

徐少龍自封「五教共主、至上道主、天斬大將軍」，宣稱「少龍」是他的「道體」，元神統領天界，是「天界最高層次的神」，統率天界與天國的所有神祇，自稱是造物主、萬神之神，所有神靈，包括耶穌與佛祖，都必須聽從他的指令。他表示，自己在二十多歲時便得知元神的天界統領身份，無論東西方的宗教信仰皆由他管理，而他的終極使命是結束「道德淪喪的地球」，並帶領一批人前往宇宙其他星球。他甚至聲稱，如果自己早年公開身份，世上就不會出現妙天與妙禪等宗教領袖。此外，他自誇法力無邊，能呼風喚雨，甚至改變颱風路徑。

從2016年起，徐少龍要求信徒提供二十多歲的女兒加入他所謂的「仙女班」，最好是從未交往過男友且沒有性經驗。最終，他共「收編」237名女子，形成如同後宮般的存在。更令人震驚的是，不少資深女信徒為取悅他，甚至將年幼的女兒「奉獻」給他，有母女同時加入仙女班的案例，被戲稱為「母女與少龍同煉」。有證人更指出，道場中曾出現懷孕女子帶著腹中「0歲女胎」參加仙女班，等女孩成年後再遭徐少龍強制猥褻或性侵，手段極為駭人聽聞。

2021年1月12日，徐少龍突感不適昏迷，經送醫並施行心肺復甦術後搶救成功，但被醫師判定病危，遂入住亞東醫院加護病房。法院最終裁定以300萬元保外就醫。經歷數年病痛折磨後，他於2025年2月7日病逝，相關案件也因此隨之結案。

Xu Shaolong (1952 – February 7, 2025, born Xu Haocheng) was a notorious Taiwanese criminal and founder of a new religious movement. He also served as the honorary chairman of the now-defunct Chinese Zhongzheng Party. Active in the Shenkeng area of New Taipei City, he became infamous for establishing a cult-like religious group centered heavily around personal worship, and for being involved in multiple criminal cases, including sexual assault, indecent acts, fraud, and physical injury. He was the main inspiration for the character Lin Luhe, the “Cult Master,” in the film The Pig, the Snake, and the Three Evils.

Xu Shaolong self-proclaimed titles such as “Supreme Leader of the Five Religions,” “Supreme Dao Lord,” and “Great General of Heavenly Execution.” He claimed that “Shaolong” was his “Dao body” and that his primordial spirit ruled the heavenly realm. He declared himself the “highest god of heaven,” commanding all deities in heaven and the celestial kingdom. He professed to be the Creator and the God of all gods, asserting that all divine beings, including Jesus and the Buddha, were subject to his command. Xu said he discovered his heavenly identity in his twenties and claimed authority over all religions—Eastern and Western alike. His ultimate mission, he stated, was to bring an end to Earth’s moral decay and lead a chosen group to settle on other planets in the universe. He even boasted that if he had revealed his identity earlier, religious leaders like Miao-Tian and Miao-Chan would never have emerged. Furthermore, he claimed to possess limitless supernatural powers, including the ability to summon wind and rain and alter the path of typhoons.

Beginning in 2016, Xu demanded that his followers offer their daughters in their twenties to join what he called the “Celestial Maiden Class,” preferably girls who had never had a boyfriend or sexual experience. In total, he “recruited” 237 women, forming what amounted to a personal harem. Even more disturbingly, some senior female followers, in an effort to please him, offered their underage daughters to him. There were cases of both mother and daughter joining the Celestial Maiden Class simultaneously, a situation mockingly referred to as “mother and daughter cultivating with Shaolong.” One witness even testified that a pregnant woman once brought her unborn daughter—a “zero-year-old fetus”—to the Celestial Maiden Class, with the intent that once the child grew up, she would also be subjected to Xu’s abuse. His methods were described as utterly horrific.

On January 12, 2021, Xu Shaolong suddenly fell unconscious due to a serious medical condition. He was rushed to the hospital, underwent CPR, and was successfully resuscitated, though doctors later determined his condition to be critical. He was transferred to the ICU at Far Eastern Memorial Hospital. The court ultimately granted him medical bail set at NT$3 million. After years of suffering from illness, he died on February 7, 2025. As a result, the related legal cases were closed.
