近日，江蘇省發生一起引發社會關注的食品安全事件，一家飯店為了防止菜品因蔬菜不新鮮而導致食客拉肚子，竟在菜餚中非法添加抗生素——慶大霉素。這一行為不僅違反食品安全法律法規，也存在嚴重的公共衛生風險，因慶大霉素長期或過量攝入可能對人體腎臟、耳朵及腸道健康造成損害。

事件發生後，江蘇省檢察院運用大模型技術對 2200餘條相關數據 進行分析，迅速鎖定問題源頭及潛在風險企業。隨後，市場監管局啟動專項整治行動，對涉及違規添加抗生素的企業和藥店展開約談，共約談10家企業及藥店負責人，並對4件違規案件 作出行政處罰。此外，市場監管局還責令105家藥品零售企業 進行整改，以杜絕慶大霉素等藥品在食品加工環節被非法使用的現象。

此事件反映出部分餐飲企業在食品安全管理上存在嚴重缺失，為追求食材「新鮮口感」而採取違法手段，不僅對消費者健康造成威脅，也對行業信譽帶來負面影響。官方表示，將進一步加強對餐飲行業及藥品流通環節的監管，利用大數據和人工智能等手段實時監控潛在風險，確保食品安全，防止類似事件再次發生。此次行動既是對違法行為的懲戒，也是對餐飲行業和藥品零售市場的一次整體清理與規範，有助於提升公眾對食品安全的信心。

Recently, a food safety incident in Jiangsu Province, China, has drawn widespread attention. A local restaurant, in an attempt to prevent customers from getting sick due to spoiled vegetables, illegally added the antibiotic gentamicin to its dishes. Following the discovery, the Jiangsu Provincial Procuratorate utilized advanced AI models to analyze over 2,200 related data entries, quickly identifying the source of the problem and potential at-risk enterprises. The local Market Supervision Bureau subsequently launched a special enforcement campaign, summoning 10 company and pharmacy managers for questioning and issuing administrative penalties for 4 violations. Additionally, 105 pharmaceutical retail enterprises were ordered to carry out corrective measures to prevent the illegal use of gentamicin and other drugs in food preparation.
