食物儲存的小技巧:
1.如果將蝦子塞進瓶子內,然後裝滿水後蓋緊蓋子,放入冰箱冷凍後即使超過半年以上都不會壞。
2.香蕉容易壞掉,可以用清水洗除表皮的催熟劑,然後擦乾水分後再打濕。然後用濕紙巾包住香蕉的根部。這樣即使放很久都不會壞掉。
3.西瓜太大無法一次吃完,放入冰箱容易滋長細菌。可以將兩顆大蒜放在西瓜兩邊,再將保鮮膜封起來,放入冰箱後就能持續數日的新鮮。
4.馬鈴薯若與蘋果放在一起就能保存很久。
5.把膠帶貼在番茄的頸部上,鎖住水分時就能保鮮三個星期。
6.將青蔥根部沾濕,然後用紙巾將其包裹住。根部有足夠的水分,能放冰箱兩周還是一樣新鮮。
