北京全聚德和天津狗不理都是中國知名的餐廳品牌，但卻都面臨經營不善的危機。

北京全聚德以其精湛的烤鴨聞名，是北京的特色美食之一。烤鴨皮脆肉嫩，配以薄餅、蔬菜和甜麵醬，是一道美味的中國菜肴。除了烤鴨外，全聚德還提供各種傳統的中國菜品，如燒鴨、涼拌菜和點心等。儘管早年受到美國老布希總統及許多海外名人的喜愛，是許多人到北京必訪的餐廳。

但由於收歸國有及廚師陸續出走，每年虧損超過2.6億人民幣。為吸引更多消費者，推出價格為238元人民幣的烤鴨，但營業額並未見好轉。成立已逾157年的老字號面臨著嚴重的虧損危機。

天津狗不理則成立於1858年清朝咸豐年間，以其著名的包子聞名。這些小巧可口的包子以餡料豐富、皮薄餡多而聞名。傳說創始人高貴友因忙於生意，沒有時間理會客人，因此被戲稱為「狗不理」，但其包子卻廣受歡迎。現在，天津狗不理已成為中國知名品牌，除了包子外，還有其他美味小吃和點心。然而，由於過高的收費，如一籠包子售價120元人民幣，一碟花生米售價58元人民幣，導致分店紛紛倒閉。

Beijing Quanjude and Tianjin Goubuli are both well-known restaurant brands in China, but they are facing crises due to poor management.

Beijing Quanjude is famous for its exquisite Peking duck, one of Beijing's specialty cuisines. The crispy skin and tender meat of the duck, served with thin pancakes, vegetables, and sweet bean sauce, make it a delicious Chinese dish. In addition to Peking duck, Quanjude also offers various traditional Chinese dishes such as roast duck, cold dishes, and dim sum.

Despite being favored by former U.S. President George H.W. Bush and many other celebrities, it has suffered losses of over 260 million RMB annually due to nationalization and the departure of chefs. To attract more customers, it introduced a 238 RMB Peking duck, but this did not significantly improve its revenue. The century-old brand is facing serious financial difficulties.

Established during the Xianfeng Emperor's reign in 1858, Tianjin Goubuli is renowned for its famous steamed buns. These small, delicious buns are known for their rich filling and thin skin. Legend has it that the founder, Gao Guiyou, was too busy with business to attend to customers, earning him the nickname "Goubuli" (literally meaning "dog ignores"). However, his buns were widely popular. Today, Tianjin Goubuli has become a well-known brand in China, offering not only steamed buns but also other tasty snacks and desserts. However, high prices, such as 120 RMB for a basket of buns and 58 RMB for a plate of peanuts, have led to the closure of many branches.
