中國破獲假藉星巴克品牌招商的犯罪集團。

星巴克（Starbucks Corporation）成立於1971年，是一家總部位於美國華盛頓州西雅圖的全球知名咖啡連鎖店和咖啡公司。該公司以提供高品質的咖啡、茶飲和輕食而聞名，擁有一個廣泛的店鋪網絡，遍布全球80多個國家和地區。

星巴克的店鋪通常提供舒適的用餐環境，成為許多人聚會、工作和休閒的場所。除了在店內消費外，還提供線上訂購和外賣服務，並且積極參與社會責任和可持續發展領域。

然而，根據大陸當地時間3月1日的媒體報導，有犯罪集團假冒星巴克品牌，在知名景點開設超過50家分店，涉案總金額約4000多萬人民幣。商品的包裝及咖啡杯等與星巴克一致，侵權行為相當嚴重。

經過調查，兩位姓伊和姓張的主嫌在未經品牌公司授權的情況下，打著該品牌招商，每家加盟者只需支付10萬人民幣即可。並公開在網路上招募，確定加盟後提供開店指導及店鋪設計等，並高價販售設備給加盟主。

Starbucks outlets typically offer comfortable dining environments and serve as popular gathering, work, and leisure spots for many people. In addition to in-store consumption, Starbucks provides online ordering and delivery services and actively engages in social responsibility and sustainable development initiatives.

However, according to media reports on March 1st local time in mainland China, a criminal group falsely impersonated the Starbucks brand, opening over 50 branch stores in well-known locations, with an estimated total amount involved of over 40 million RMB. The packaging and coffee cups of the products were identical to those of Starbucks, indicating severe infringement.

Following investigations, two individuals family named Yi and Zhang, the primary suspects, conducted unauthorized brand franchising under the guise of Starbucks. Each franchisee only needed to pay 100,000 RMB. They openly recruited online and, upon confirmation of joining, provided guidance on opening stores, shop designs, and sold equipment to franchisees at high prices.
