無法離開目的地國家：如果護照在入境時被扣留或遺失，並且無法獲得加簽或更換，會導致無法離開目的地國家。最終演變成長時間滯留在境外，面臨不便和困難。

無法享受外交保護：護照通常是獲得外交保護和領事服務的前提。如果護照無效，會無法得到外交使領館的幫助和保護，特別是在遇到緊急情況或法律問題時。

被視為非法滯留者：在某些情況下，如果無法提供有效的身份和旅行文件，會被視為非法滯留者，可能會面臨被拘留、罰款或遣返等後果。

因此，保持護照的有效性至關重要，及時處理護照問題以確保能夠順利出入境和旅行。近期相關的法令是要讓更多男人回到烏克蘭，但一入境後將無法再出國。

According to current Ukrainian laws, males aged between 18 and 60 are prohibited from leaving the country. Due to severe shortages in frontline personnel, the conscription age has been lowered from 27 to 25. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the latest consulate service restrictions on April 24th, stipulating that Ukrainian males can only exchange passports domestically until mid-May. Inability to enjoy diplomatic protection: Passports are typically prerequisites for obtaining diplomatic protection and consular services. Invalid passports prevent individuals from receiving assistance and protection from diplomatic missions, especially in emergencies or legal issues.

Being considered illegal residents: In certain circumstances, failure to provide valid identification and travel documents may result in being deemed illegal residents, potentially facing detention, fines, or deportation.

Therefore, maintaining the validity of passports is crucial, and addressing passport issues promptly is essential to ensure smooth entry, exit, and travel. Recent regulations aim to bring more men back to Ukraine, but once they enter the country, they will be unable to travel abroad again.
