前台北市長柯文哲涉嫌與京華城爭議有牽連，根據民眾的舉報，台北地檢署已啟動相關的貪汙治罪條例調查，柯文哲近期已被正式列為被告。現任台北市長蔣萬安已指示政風處調查北士科、京華城及台智光等三大案件，並展開相關人士的約談，任何違法行為將移送檢調處理。

京華城獲得史上最高的840%容積獎勵，社民黨的台北市議員苗博雅指出監察院已糾正京華城的容積率。然而，台北市政府仍為京華城設計20%的容積獎勵。現任都發局局長王玉芬表示，根據資料顯示，前市長柯文哲簽署交辦京華城案件，轉由都市更新委員會研議，都發局將全力配合調查。

Following public allegations, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office has initiated an investigation under relevant anti-corruption laws, and Ko Wen-je has recently been formally charged. Current Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an has instructed the Ethics Office to investigate three major cases, including Beishike, Living Mall, and Taichih Guang. Relevant individuals are being questioned, and any illegal activities will be referred to the prosecutors for further action.

Living Mall received the highest-ever 840% volume reward. Social Democratic Party Taipei City Councilor Miao Boya pointed out that the Control Yuan has corrected the volume ratio of Living Mall. However, the Taipei City Government still offers a 20% volume reward for Living Mall. Current Director of the Urban Development Department, Wang Yu-fen, stated that according to the data, former Mayor Ko Wen-je signed off on the transfer of the Jinghua City case to the Urban Renewal Committee for deliberation. The Urban Development Department will fully cooperate with the investigation.
