目前，因為戰爭的關係，烏克蘭封鎖整個國家的領空，並且關閉與白俄羅斯和俄羅斯地區的邊境。如果想要進入烏克蘭，需要先搭飛機到周邊國家。例如可以從土耳其飛到摩爾多瓦（Moldova），然後轉搭巴士約3.5個小時，進入敖德薩，火車也是不錯的選項，這是目前大陸人最常走的路線。如果是台灣人，則需要先取得摩爾多瓦的簽證。由於一個中國的政策，該國並不接受台灣文件申請。

另一種方式是從土耳其轉機到羅馬尼亞或波蘭。這兩個國家對台灣友善，之前都提供免簽證服務，但因為申根簽證，台灣人在前往之前最好在線上申請。如果選擇從土耳其轉機，可以考慮搭乘土耳其航空，這家公司有直飛台灣的航班，飛行時間約為11個小時，提早兩周以上預定價格不會超過2.8萬台幣。如果選擇搭乘長榮航空，則會從奧地利轉機到波蘭，抵達克拉科夫（Krakow）或華沙（Warsaw），然後再搭巴士入境利沃夫，機票至少3.2萬起跳。不過，利沃夫的海關很嚴格，近年來拒絕許多中國人的入境，之前有中國知名博主”一本正經的光頭張”，有辦理烏克蘭的公司簽證3年，還有5個月的時間簽證才到期仍被拒絕入境。因此，較好的方式是從摩爾多瓦或羅馬尼亞進入。

無論選擇哪條路線，請務必確認轉機或停留的國家是否接受你的簽證，以免在旅途中遇到不必要的麻煩。然後過去有去過俄羅斯跟白俄的紀錄，是會被海關直接局絕入境。

However, due to the Schengen visa requirements, it's best for Taiwanese travelers to apply online before traveling. If you choose to transit through Turkey, consider flying with Turkish Airlines, which has direct flights to Taiwan with a flight time of about 11 hours. Booking at least two weeks in advance typically costs less than 28,000 NTD. Alternatively, if you choose to fly with EVA Air, you will transit through Austria to Poland, arriving in Krakow or Warsaw, then take a bus to enter Lviv. These tickets start at around 32,000 NTD. However, the customs in Lviv are very strict and have recently denied entry to many Chinese nationals. A notable case was a famous Chinese blogger, "一本正經的光頭張", who had Ukrainian company visa valid for three years and still had six months remaining but was denied entry. Therefore, it is better to enter through Moldova or Romania.

Regardless of which route you choose, make sure that the countries you will transit through or stay in accept your visa to avoid unnecessary trouble during your journey. If you have previously visited Russia or Belarus, customs will likely deny your entry directly.
