海外版的遊戲有多國語言可選擇，英文、法文、義大利文、德語、西班牙文、日文。畫面一開始的時候，會看到下方的選項功能(Option)，進入後可以看到在遊戲期間所取得的人物角色、每個舞台的高分、語言選項、刪除所有紀錄等。對於初次挑戰的玩家而言，最好挑戰最簡單的模式(EASY)，否則很快就掛掉。

日本漫畫之神手塚治虫，出版了許多歷久不衰的漫畫如怪醫黑傑克及火之鳥，而原子小金剛最早在1952~1968年的"少年"漫畫雜誌連載，1953年3月馬上被富士電視改編成真人電視劇，之後更推出電視卡通及電影，直到今日經典作品更是持續推卡通版。

故事描述21世紀的日本科學省省長天馬博士，在一次車禍中痛失獨子，心痛之於將最新技術開發出擁有10萬馬力，可透過腳底火箭發動機飛行的超級機器人。天馬始終無法將小金剛視如己出，於是小金剛輾轉被賣到機器人馬戲團，而在其電腦有不能傷害人類的設定，於是展開與壞人對抗的冒險故事(遊戲版劇情有部分修改)。

整體而言遊戲難度並不高，與青騎士的對決須注意攻擊的時間外，還有最後頭目雙手拍擊地面時會造成相當大的損傷，大部分敵人的攻擊都可以透過機關槍掃射避開，可固定住敵人外，還可針對畫面全部敵人攻擊。玩家除了通過關卡外，還需要不斷找出所以隱藏在各地的人物，才能讓第二輪的最終劇情持續下去，看到真正的大結局。

The overseas version of the game offers multiple language options, including English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Japanese. At the start screen, you will see an "Option" function at the bottom. Entering this menu allows you to view characters obtained during the game, high scores for each stage, language options, and the option to delete all records. For first-time players, it is recommended to start with the easiest mode (EASY), otherwise, you might quickly fail.

The "God of Manga" Osamu Tezuka created numerous enduring works such as "Black Jack" and "Phoenix." His most famous creation, "Astro Boy," was first serialized in the "Shonen" manga magazine from 1952 to 1968. In March 1953, it was quickly adapted into a live-action TV series by Fuji Television, followed by animated TV series and movies. To this day, the classic work continues to inspire new animated versions.

The story is set in 21st-century Japan, where Dr. Tenma, the head of the Ministry of Science, loses his only son in a car accident. In his grief, he develops a super robot with 100,000 horsepower capable of flying with rocket engines in its feet. However, Dr. Tenma is unable to treat Astro Boy as his son, leading to Astro Boy being sold to a robot circus. Programmed to never harm humans, Astro Boy embarks on adventures to fight evil (the game version has some story modifications).

Overall, the game's difficulty is not very high. The main challenges are timing your attacks during battles with the Blue Knight and avoiding significant damage from the final boss when it slams its hands on the ground. Most enemy attacks can be avoided by using the machine gun to lock onto enemies and target all foes on the screen. Besides progressing through the stages, players need to constantly find all hidden characters scattered throughout the levels to continue the second round of the story and see the true final ending.

完成"復活篇"後，火之鳥復活的劇情就會啟動，當完成所有劇情跟對話後，妹妹小蘭會告知南極的秘密，於是到4-1關南極大統領府把敵人都解決後就能成功營救出小孩，才知道原來秘密研究所在4-2關卡，於是抵達後往下低空飛行就進入秘密研究所，與青騎士對決時，須注意當雙方接觸後在依照指令按鈕即可，太早或太晚攻擊則會被打敗。

回到0-4關後來到5-2關，黑傑克的小女助手就會指引黑傑克住家的路線，回到主畫面就會看到0-3關卡的出現，進去後成功擊敗機器人然後再設法救出議員的女兒，須注意在戰鬥時須避免用小機關槍進行全面掃射，否則不慎摧毀醫療設備，救援任務就會宣告失敗，再將之前碰過的頭目及最終頭目擊垮，最後摧毀碉堡後逃離就準備迎向最終大結局。

After completing the "Revival Arc," the plot of the Phoenix's resurrection will begin. Upon finishing all the storylines and dialogues, Astro Boy's sister, Uran, will reveal the secret of the South Pole. Head to the South Pole Presidential Office in stage 4-1 and defeat all the enemies to successfully rescue the children. It will then be revealed that the secret research lab is in stage 4-2. Once you reach it, fly low to enter the secret research lab. During the showdown with Blue Knight, pay close attention to the button prompts when you come into contact. Attacking too early or too late will result in defeat.

Returning to stage 0-4 and proceeding to stage 5-2, Black Jack's young assistant will guide you to Black Jack's residence. Upon returning to the main screen, stage 0-3 will appear. Enter it, successfully defeat the robot, and then find a way to rescue the senator's daughter. Be careful not to use the submachine gun for continuous firing during the battle, as this may accidentally destroy the medical equipment, leading to a failed rescue mission. After defeating the previous bosses and the final boss, destroy the fortress and escape to prepare for the ultimate conclusion.
