《熱血高校躲避球》(熱血高校ドッジボール部 強敵!闘球戦士の巻 / Nekketsu Koukou Dodge Ball-bu)是由Technōs於1991年11月8日製作及發行的Game Boy遊戲。遊戲最多支援兩位玩家對戰，擁有1M的記憶體。同名遊戲也出現在其他平台上，包括街機、FC/NES、X68000和PCE。

故事情節描述藤堂再次向國雄發出挑戰，共有六支戰士隊進行對決。除了單機和兩位玩家對戰模式外，還有PK賽，參賽者可以搶球並互相KO，直到對手血量耗盡為止。美版的故事則修改為美國隊伍準備參加超級躲避球世界盃冠軍賽，共有七支來自世界各地的隊伍參加。美國隊是否能過關斬將，並擊敗從未輸過的超級大熱門蘇聯呢？

遊戲分為簡單、普通和困難三種難度。每支隊伍的六位選手都有不同的優缺點和必殺技，可以根據能力及數據進行位置上的分配。

The storyline revolves around Fudou once again challenging Kunio, with six teams of warriors competing against each other. The story in the US version is modified to the American team preparing to participate in the Super Dodge Ball World Cup Championship, with seven teams from around the world participating. Can the American team overcome challenges and defeat the unbeaten super favorite, the Soviet Union?

The game offers three difficulty levels: easy, normal, and hard. Each team's six players have different strengths, weaknesses, and special moves, allowing for strategic positioning based on their abilities and statistics.
