早期日本TECMO從大型機台推出後移植到任天堂平台，當時的翻譯為未來戰士，後作在PS2及Wii推出則更名為「阿爾戈斯戰士」。從大型機台火紅到任天堂的未來戰士，可是大多人兒時回憶。在當年未來戰士的遊戲畫面、音樂可說是極盡精美，為TECMO的代表名作之一。 未來戰士是以聖城ARGUS為故事背景，在城裡大家過著和平安詳的生活，突然有一天，魔王獸神帶領著一批妖魔闖入聖城，很快的聖城淪陷，被魔王獸神所佔領。

玩家化身為ARGUS戰士之一傳奇勇者Rygar，在受付眾人所托下，使用特殊的鎖鏈及盾劍，準備出發消滅魔王獸神，讓聖城再次回復到往日的和平。遊戲可以無限接關，需依照順序取得武器及寶物，而隨著遊戲的發展，本身的戰鬥力會持續提升，經驗值越高，打敗魔王的難度將會降低。

屬性說明：在遊戲過程中，要不斷的練功以增加級數，才能在後期關卡得心應手，除了血量會增加外，還有其他屬性能力也會跟著提升。遊戲有5大寶物，分別是:

鎖鏈（仙人鐮刀）:並非攻擊武器，是可以用來上下移動的工具，只要上方有建物，就算較高處也可以勾住後向上攀登。到了賽爾山谷後往西北方向移動，打倒會噴子彈的樹精後往右前進，就會發現寺廟中的仙人，經過交談就能取得鎌刀。需注意如果沒有先取鎌刀，之後的大部分任何關卡都會卡住，是一定要先取得的寶物！

風滑車（滑輪）:在通沿艾鲁卡森林後，打敗魔工艾魯卡就能獲得的音物。有了滑輪就可移動到平原最南方的原生山，準備去拿下個寶物火焰十字弓。取得後攻擊力也會增加。

炎（火焰十字弓）:只要在畫而上所有出現木樁的地方，接下B鈕就會射出繩索然後使用已取得的滑輪，就可以橫越峽谷或是海洋。取得後攻擊力也會增加。

戰士紋章:一種戰士的認證，取得後再拜訪一些仙人，原本的仙人就會變成因陀螺，除了會補足所有體力外，還會額外贈送生命水瓶。

鎧（聖鎧）:只要穿在身上，胸力（防禦力）就會大幅增加。

主要的頭目:

艾魯卡:躲藏在艾魯卡森林深處的地方，監視著保管滑輪的因陀羅。進入他的房間後，會從右邊慢慢靠近，然後噴出三個火焰球，球會逐漸擴散出來，需要在他噴火之前趕快攻擊，然後開始往左邊移動，等火球散去後再攻擊。須注意他的攻擊速度會越來越快，如果血格不夠多很容易就被打敗。

薩奇拉:走完原生山2後慢慢往地穴移動，就會發現薩奇拉，監視著保管火焰十字弓的因陀羅。一開始會在蛛網的左右進行上下移動，然後攻擊的速度越來越快，最後會集中往中間衝，須累積一定的經驗值再進去會比較安全。

德拉哥（魔龍）:藏身在德拉哥（魔龍）神殿的魔王德拉哥，監視著保管鎧（聖鎧）的因陀羅。被許多威力強大的怪物所保護，會不斷往玩家噴出火球，需透過跳耀再慢慢靠近攻擊。玩家需要累積一定的血量及超過3000以上的胸力（攻擊力），最好搭配無敵閃電。

妖樹:在天空之島拉比烏斯的妖樹，監視著保管戰士紋章的因陀羅。雖然不會移動，但是一開始就會針對玩家噴射火球，被擊中後就會大量失血，最好透過攀爬到其後方進行攻擊。

雙頭怪:位在卡魯巴塔神殿的魔王雙頭怪，監視著保管笛子的因陀羅。塔內有許多類似艾魯卡攻擊模式的蝸牛怪物，不斷往靠近後噴出三個火焰球，需要快速攻擊後跳開，避免血格大量減少。先讓雙頭怪噴出火焰後近距離持續攻擊，來回操作幾次就能打倒。

獸王:取得笛子後就可以去天空城挑戰最後的魔王獸王，最好有無敵閃電跟生命水瓶，躲過獸王的大量火球後就快速往其頭部攻擊，來回數次後就可以準備看全破畫面。

After its release on arcade machines, the game was ported to the FC/NES platform and was known as "Rygar." Later, the sequal was released on PS2 and Wii.This game holds nostalgic memories for many who played it on FC/NES back in the day. The graphics and music of Rygar were considered top-notch for its time, making it one of TECMO's iconic titles.

The story is set in the holy city of Argus, where people live in peace and tranquility. One day, ligar leads a group of monsters to invade the city, quickly conquering it and taking control.

Players take on the role of the legendary hero Rygar, one of the Argus warriors. Entrusted by the people, Rygar uses his unique chain weapon and shield sword to embark on a mission to defeat ligar.

The game allows infinite continues and requires players to obtain weapons and treasures in a specific order. As the game progresses, the player's combat abilities will improve, making it easier to defeat the final boss.During the game, players need to continuously train to increase their levels, which will help in later stages. Besides increasing health, other attribute abilities will also enhance.

Five Key Treasures:

Grappling hook: Not a weapon but a tool for moving vertically. If there is a structure above, even at high places, it can be hooked onto and climbed. After moving northwest from the Elka Valley and defeating the tree spirit that shoots bullets, proceed right to find a temple where you can obtain the scythe from a sage. Note that without the scythe, most of the subsequent stages will be inaccessible, making it an essential item.

Wind pulley: After passing through the Eruga’sForest and defeating the magic worker Eruga, you will obtain this item. The pulley allows movement to the southernmost part of the plain to acquire the next treasure, the Flame Crossbow. Obtaining it also increases attack power.

Crossbow: At any place with wooden stakes appearing on the screen, press the B button to shoot a rope and use the pulley to cross canyons or oceans. Obtaining it also increases attack power.

Coat of Arms: A symbol of the warrior, After obtaining it, visit some sages, and they will turn into Indra, who not only restores all health but also provides an extra life potion.

Indoras’ Armor: Wearing it greatly increases defense power.

Main Bosses:

Eruga: Hiding deep in the Eruga’sForest, guarding Indra who holds the pulley. Enter his room, where he slowly approaches from the right, then spits three fireballs that gradually spread. Quickly attack before he spits fire, then move left and wait for the fireballs to dissipate before attacking again. His attack speed increases, so having enough health is crucial.

Sagila: After crossing the second mountain Primevil and moving slowly into the cave, you will find Satchira, guarding Indra who holds the Flame Crossbow. Initially, he moves up and down in the spider web, increasing speed and finally concentrating in the center. Accumulating enough experience before entering is safer.

Belzar: Hiding at the end of Lapis, guarded by powerful monsters, constantly spitting fireballs at the player. Jump and slowly approach to attack. Players need to accumulate enough health and attack power over 3000, preferably with invincible lightning.

Dorago: On the Dorago’s Palace, guarding Indra who holds the coat of arms.It doesn’t move but continuously spits fireballs at the player, causing significant damage if hit. Climb behind it to attack safely.

Deathpigor: In the tower of Garba, guarding Indra who holds the flute. The temple contains snail monsters similar to Eruga's attack pattern, spitting three fireballs when approached. Quickly attack and jump back to avoid losing too much health. After making the double-headed monster spit fire, attack at close range repeatedly to defeat it.

Ligar: After obtaining the pegasus flute, head to the Sky Castle to challenge the final boss, Beast King. Best to have invincible lightning and life bottles. Dodge the ligar's many fireballs and quickly attack his head, repeating several times to win and see the ending screen.
