1988年由SNK在FC紅白機平台發行的射擊遊戲《古巴戰爭》(Guerrilla War)，是將1987年街機版本移植，以1956年的古巴為舞台，描述切·格瓦拉和菲德爾·卡斯特羅為了解放全國人民所發動的推倒獨裁者巴蒂斯塔的軍事政變，畫面採用類似怒的射擊模式，玩家需要不斷地推進，並打敗所有關卡的首領。在遊戲進行中須特別注意不可傷害到人質，否則會被扣五百分，成功救出一名人質就可得到一千分的獎勵。在途中需要拿到槍火的補給，還可以駕駛坦克快速推進，這點設計類似SNK的越南大戰系列。整體而言，這款是一部相當高水準的紅白機射擊遊戲，如何在槍林彈雨中救出人質，成功推翻獨裁者，就考驗著玩家的技術了! 值得一提的是美國NES版本，因當時的古巴故事設定較為敏感，特別將古巴劇情完全抽離，故事改為兩位美軍推翻某國家獨裁者。

The gameplay employs a similar shooting mode to "Ikari Warriors," where players must continually advance and defeat the bosses of each stage. Players need to be careful not to harm hostages during the game, as doing so will result in a 500 point deduction, while successfully rescuing a hostage will earn a 1,000 point reward. Players need to acquire weapon supplies along the way and can drive tanks for rapid advancement, a design element reminiscent of SNK's "Metal Slug" series. Overall, this is a high-quality shooting game on the Famicom, testing players' skills in rescuing hostages and successfully overthrowing the dictator amidst a hail of bullets. It's worth noting that in the US NES version, due to the sensitivity of the Cuban setting at the time, the Cuban storyline was completely removed, and the story was changed to two American soldiers overthrowing a dictator in a fictional country.
