2004年10月28日在日本市場率先發行的Game Cube《瑪利歐網球GC》（マリオテニスGC/Mario Power Tennis），是該系列的第四部作品，前作是在N64主機上的《瑪利歐網球64》。由Camelot負責製作，於2009年1月15日移植在Wii上市。

瑪利歐的主要人物都會登場，總共有18位角色可以挑選。碧姬公主、瑪利歐、路易吉、壞利歐、大金剛、庫巴、耀西等，全部化身為網球選手，來到蘑菇王國參加比賽。遊戲的設定增添許多趣味，除了用網球拍以外，還可以使用其他道具來擊球。需要善用各種必殺技及球路，更要了解每位角色的獨特技能，挑出適合自己善用的招式將有利於賽事的進行。值得一提的是《瑪利歐高爾夫 家庭巡迴賽》也有類似必殺技的設定。

"Mario Power Tennis," released on October 28, 2004, in the Japanese market for the GameCube, is the fourth installment in the Mario Tennis series. Its predecessor was "Mario Tennis 64" on the N64 console. Developed by Camelot, the game was later ported to the Wii and released on January 15, 2009.

All the main characters from the Mario franchise appear in the game, with a total of 18 selectable characters. Players can choose from Princess Peach, Mario, Luigi, Wario, Donkey Kong, Bowser, Yoshi, and others, who all transform into tennis players to compete in the Mushroom Kingdom. The game includes many fun elements, allowing players to use not only tennis rackets but also various items to hit the ball. To succeed, players must make good use of special shots and different types of ball trajectories, as well as understand each character's unique skills to select the most suitable moves for their playstyle. Notably, "Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour" also features a similar special move system.
