《麻將學園：東間宗四郎登場》是由Face在1989年11月17日，將街機《麻將學園2：校長的復仇》移植到PC Engine平台的遊戲。

於1990年6月29日發售的《麻將學園Mild》(Mahjong Gakuen Mild)是在原版本基礎上進行照片修改再重新推出。全新的脫衣場景中，原本曝露的胸部和其他地方都被更換成泳衣。學校模式的遊戲次數從一次增加到三次。原本初代版本中的某些影片被完全刪除，並以獨立的商品發售。

在學校模式中，擊敗學生和老師會導致脫衣。打敗男老師後可以進行小遊戲，需要贏得三場比賽或將對手分數降為0。在遊戲過程中，可以累積“POWER” 並使用技巧進行作弊。

而在國家模式中，沒有脫衣的設計。一開始從東京出發，征戰各地區的高手。每次獲勝雖然不會獲得POWER，但可以獲得物品和積分。總共有七個街區，需要擊敗所有區域的頭目後才會出現最終頭目。

遊戲中的各種密技如下：

1.想要選擇特定關卡，進入學園模式後，按照左、右、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、左、右、Ⅰ、Ⅱ的順序輸入指令。成功後，用I按下欲進入的舞台數字再按下RUN即可。不按Ⅰ會顯示0回的河合真弓；按一次是西尾美香；按兩次是岩石鐵雄；按三次是星野干晶；按四次是雨宮梓；按五次是野野村泰；按六次是女大學生高島美娜子；按七次是性感職業婦女池上忍；按八次是柿崎善次；按九次是學園長脇坂圭子。

2.進入全國模式時，輸入「とうまそう しろうまあじや んがくえん」的密碼，會發現分數高達2121500，且有四個黃金牌。無論放槍多少次都能獲勝。

3.在學校模式中，若挑戰失敗出現接關畫面，安靜等待一分鐘以上，然後將方向鍵逆時針轉一圈以上。聽到碰的聲音表示成功，增加三次接關次數。若挑戰失敗等三分鐘以上，再按方向鍵的上10次，可以接關10次。第二個指令必須在完成第一個指令的操作後使用，最多可接關13次。

4.在模式選擇畫面中，輸入I、Ⅱ、I、Ⅱ、右、左、右、左的指令，再按下Ⅰ鈕就可看見全國模式中的角色，總共有48位，其中包含坂子的介紹畫面。

5.在模式選擇畫面中，按下左、左、右、右、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅰ、Ⅱ的指令，會出現岩田鐵雄。再按Ⅰ、左、右、Ⅱ、上就能看到其他老師或是岩田被揍的臉。之後持續按上、左、Ⅱ、下、右、Ⅱ、下、上、下、RUN、Ⅱ、Ⅰ、上、RUN、Ⅰ、左、右、右、上、上、上、下、Ⅰ、左下、Ⅱ、RUN、右、下、左、右、Ⅰ、RUN鈕即可看見所有的畫面。

6.在還沒有聽牌的情況下按聽(リ-チ)，會出現牌沒有湊齊(おそろつていません)的訊息。重複操作三次會聽到"噗"的聲音，然後催著說"還沒聽呀!(リ-チまだ)"。

7.想要一開始就有十萬分，可以輸入「おねがいだ　もちてんおおく　くださいな」。

8.還有五種特別的密碼。前面兩組密碼輸入後就能馬上與最終頭目對戰，第五組密碼可以獲得許多寶物，但卻無法前進。

9.想要盡快看到大結局，可以輸入「もいみみに　ねざもべそいえ　みやいつば」。看到300萬分就表示成功，雖然舞台會從東北開始，但直接移動到新東京(ネオトウキ　ヨウ)。與大頭目戰鬥會持續落敗，當分數來到10萬分時，畫面出現混亂狀態，然後結局就出現了。

"Mahjong Gakuen: Sohjiro Azuma Appears" is a game developed by Face that was released on November 17, 1989. It is a port of the arcade game "Mahjong Gakuen 2: Principal's Revenge" to the PC Engine platform.

On June 29, 1990, "Mahjong Gakuen Mild" was released, which is a modified version of the original game with photo alterations. In the new undressing scenes, previously exposed parts have been replaced with swimsuits. The number of game sessions in school mode has increased from one to three. Certain scenes from the original version have been completely removed and released as independent products.

In school mode, defeating students and teachers results in undressing scenes. After defeating the male teacher, players can engage in a mini-game, requiring them to win three matches or reduce the opponent's score to zero. During the game, players can accumulate "POWER" and use techniques for cheating.

In national mode, there is no undressing design. Starting from Tokyo, players battle skilled opponents in various regions. Although winning does not yield POWER, players can obtain items and points. There are a total of seven districts, and defeating the bosses in all areas will reveal the final boss.

Various cheat codes in the game include:

1.To select a specific level, enter the school mode and input the sequence of commands: left, right, I, II, left, right, I, II. Successfully enter the code, press I for the desired stage number, and then press RUN. Not pressing I will display scenes with characters like Mayumi Hikawa, West Mika, Ishida Tetsuo, Hoshino Mika, Amemiya Azusa, Nomura Yasushi, Takashima Manako, Ikegami Shinobu, Kakiuchi Yoshitsugu, and Wakisaka Keiko based on the number of presses.

2.In national mode, input the code "とうまそう しろうまあじや んがくえん" to discover a score of 2121500 with four gold medals. Regardless of how many times you discard tiles, victory is guaranteed.

3.In school mode, if a challenge fails and the continue screen appears, quietly wait for over a minute, then turn the directional key counterclockwise for a full circle. Hearing a touch sound indicates success, adding three continue opportunities. If a challenge fails and waiting for more than three minutes, press the directional key up 10 times to obtain 10 continues. The second command can only be used after completing the first command and allows a maximum of 13 continues.

4.In the mode selection screen, input the command I, II, I, II, right, left, right, left, then press I to see characters in the national mode, totaling 48, including an introduction screen for Sakko.

5.In the mode selection screen, input the command left, left, right, right, I, II, I, II to encounter Iwata Tetsuo. Pressing I, left, right, II, up will show other teachers or Iwata being beaten. Continue pressing up, left, II, down, right, II, down, up, down, RUN, II, I, up, RUN, I, left, right, right, up, up, up, down, I, bottom left, II, RUN, right, down, left, right, I, RUN to see all scenes.

6.In the tile-waiting state, press Riichi (リーチ) without listening, and a message will appear saying the tiles are not complete (おそろつていません). Repeat the operation three times to hear a "puff" sound and a prompt saying, "You haven't listened yet! (リーチまだ)."

7.To start with a score of 100,000, input "おねがいだ もちてんおおく くださいな."

8.There are five special passwords. After inputting the first two sets of passwords, players can immediately challenge the final boss. The fifth set of passwords provides numerous treasures but prevents progress.

9.To quickly reach the grand finale, input "もいみみに ねざもべそいえ みやいつば." When the score reaches 3 million, success is indicated. Although the stage starts in Tohoku, it quickly moves to Neo Tokyo (ネオトウキ ヨウ). Battling the final boss repeatedly results in continuous defeats. When the score reaches 100,000, the screen becomes chaotic, leading to the ending.
