快打旋風
《快打旋風》(Street Fighter)是由日本Capcom公司開發並於1987年首次發行格鬥遊戲,被視為格鬥遊戲類型的先驅,並為後續一系列的《快打旋風》作品奠定基礎。推出後在全球範圍內大受歡迎,並引發格鬥遊戲熱潮,成為街機遊戲史上的經典。之後移植的平台有PC ENGINE、DOS、Amstrad CPC、Commodore 64、Amiga、Xbox、PS2、PSP、PS3、Virtual Console。
在最初版本中,日本格鬥家隆(Ryu),參加一場全球性的格鬥比賽,目的是成為世界上最強的格鬥家。他的主要招式有以「波動拳」(Hadouken)、「昇龍拳」(Shoryuken)和「旋風腳」(Tatsumaki Senpukyaku)聞名。來自美國的肯(Ken),因為系出同門,招式與與隆相似。最終頭目是來自泰國的拳王沙卡特(Sagat),擁有強大的泰拳技藝和「虎刃波」(Tiger Shot)等招式。如果是選擇1P為主角,人物就是隆,若用2P進行挑戰,主角就會是肯。
每輪的比賽都是一對一,比三場後決勝負,每輪的時間30秒。當第2位玩家要挑戰,隆與電腦進行中的戰鬥就會暫停,變成兩位玩家對決。總共有5大關卡,以世界各地為舞台,包括日本、美國、中國、英國、泰國。每個地點都有不同的背景和敵人,需要擊敗各地的格鬥家。
第1關是日本,對手有精通少林寺拳法的烈(Retsu)和精通忍術及瞬間移動的忍者激(Geki)。第2關是美國,會面對擅長踢拳的喬(Joe)和黑人拳擊高手麥克(Mike)。通關後會有一個擊破磚瓦的加分關卡。第三關是中國,對手是精通八極拳的李(Lee)和螳螂拳高手的香港高手元(Gen)。加分關卡再次出現。第4關是英國,對手有精通摔角的龐克族巴迪(Birdie)和擅長菲律賓雙棍術的伊格爾(Eagle)。最後一關會是泰國,先碰到泰拳高手阿登(Adon),最後挑戰頭目沙加特(Sagat)。被沙加特的大招擊中會瞬間損失大量血格,需要小心應戰。
由於當年資訊不發達,因為遊戲相當受歡迎,於是開始有都市傳說。例如有隱藏人物印地安酋長跟在第二關的拉什莫爾山國家紀念公園。只要在兩個同樣數字的秒數,例如99秒,用昇龍拳攻擊左邊的華盛頓石像,就在他的右邊耳處拿到藏鑰匙,前往祕密關卡夏威夷,這些傳言事後證實都是錯誤資訊。整體而言,快打旋風的難度並不高,主要靠三招就能簡單破關。對方只要被擊重就會大量失血,當年許多店家怕賺不到錢紛紛將難度調高。
該系列隨後推出多部續作,包括《快打旋風II》、《快打旋風III》、《快打旋風IV》和《快打旋風V》等,每一部作品都在畫面、操作、角色和故事上有所改進,吸引大量玩家並在全球範圍內取得巨大成功,直到現在仍有作品持續上市。快打旋風不僅是格鬥遊戲的經典代表作之一,還對整個遊戲行業產生深遠的影響。

Each round of the game is a one-on-one match, best of three rounds, with each round lasting 30 seconds. When a second player joins, the fight between Ryu and the computer is paused, and it becomes a player vs. player match.
The game has a total of five stages set in different parts of the world, including Japan, the United States, China, the United Kingdom, and Thailand. Each location features unique backgrounds and opponents, and players must defeat fighters from each region.
In the first stage, set in Japan, opponents include Retsu, a master of Shorinji Kempo, and Geki, a ninja who specializes in ninjutsu and teleportation. The second stage is set in the United States, where players face Joe, a kickboxing expert, and Mike, a powerful black boxer. After clearing this stage, there is a bonus round where players can earn extra points by breaking bricks. The third stage takes place in China, with opponents like Lee, a Bajiquan master, and Gen, a Hong Kong martial artist skilled in Mantis style. Another bonus round follows. The fourth stage is in the United Kingdom, featuring Birdie, a punk wrestler, and Eagle, a practitioner of Eskrima, a Filipino martial art. The final stage is in Thailand, where players first face Adon, a Muay Thai fighter, and then the final boss, Sagat. Sagat's powerful moves can significantly reduce the player's health bar, requiring careful strategy to defeat him.
Due to limited information in those years and the game's popularity, urban legends emerged, such as a hidden character, an Indian chief, and a secret level in the Rushmore National Memorial Park during the second stage. These rumors were later confirmed to be misinformation.
Overall, Street Fighter's difficulty is not particularly high, primarily relying on mastering three moves to easily progress. Opponents suffer significant damage when hit with a powerful attack, prompting many arcade operators to increase the difficulty to ensure profitability.
The "Street Fighter" series has since spawned multiple sequels, including "Street Fighter II," "Street Fighter III," "Street Fighter IV," and "Street Fighter V," each improving upon graphics, gameplay, characters, and storylines. These games have attracted a vast number of players and achieved global success, with new titles still being released. "Street Fighter" is not only a classic representative of fighting games but also has had a profound impact on the entire gaming industry.
