主要用Wii遙控器進行操作：

移動：來指向螢幕並按下按鈕進行移動。

視角控制：可調整視角，探索周圍環境和尋找線索。

互動：按下遙控器上的按鈕來與環境中的物品進行互動，例如開門、拾取物品和解開謎題。

閃光燈：需要使用閃光燈來照亮黑暗的環境，但是有電池壽命限制，需要找到電池來維持光源。

躲藏：在遇到敵人時，要找到隱蔽的地方躲藏，避免被伽椰子或其他鬼魂發現。

遊戲由5個關卡組成，每個關卡都有其挑戰，包括：

廢棄工廠(Run-down Factory):艾莉卡搬到佐伯家，養的狗狗艾薇跑到一處廢棄工廠，於是艾莉卡前往探索，最終發現故障電梯，在成功恢復電力後，開始正常運作。進入電梯內就會看到艾薇跑進來。伽椰子會現身攻擊，艾薇在保護艾莉卡後死亡。

廢棄醫院(Abandoned Hospital)：艾莉卡的母親美智子已經住院一個月，某天晚上發現一個小男孩到處亂跑。當電話鈴聲響起時，周圍的醫護人員跟病人都離奇消失，當來到醫院屋頂的時候，被伽椰子推下後身亡。

陰暗公寓(Derelict Apartments)：艾莉卡的第第Kenji(Ken)是一名送貨員，完成工作後準備回家，看到人行道上出現一個包裹，地址是3號301室，於是決定投遞，沒想到抵達目的地的時候，包裹變成伽椰子。開始被伽椰子與俊雄追殺，本以為逃過一劫的Kenji最終還是遇害。

之後的劇情是在人體模型工廠上班的保全Hiroshi，離開建築物後就會被伽椰子襲擊殺害。最終在被詛咒的凶宅，艾莉卡會被困裡面，並看到當時滅門慘案的發生經過，聽到已經死去的狗狗艾薇聲音後走到樓下，卻發現是伽椰子的陷阱，最終艾莉卡被拖到閣樓後殺害，留下耗盡電池的手電筒。須注意要找到每個關卡的紙碎片，才能解鎖最後的第5關。

這是一款充滿恐怖氛圍和挑戰的體感冒險遊戲。透過其引人入勝的故事和獨特的操作方式，創造一個深刻的遊戲體驗。關卡設計多樣，操作簡單易上手，但充滿緊張和驚悚的元素，適合喜歡恐怖冒險遊戲的玩家。

The gameplay primarily uses the Wii Remote for control:

Movement: Point the Wii Remote at the screen and press a button to move.

View Control: Adjust the perspective to explore the surroundings and find clues.

Interaction: Press the buttons on the Wii Remote to interact with objects in the environment, such as opening doors, picking up items, and solving puzzles.

Flashlight: Use a flashlight to illuminate dark areas, but it has limited battery life, so finding batteries to maintain the light source is essential.

Hiding: When encountering enemies, find a hiding spot to avoid being detected by Kayako or other spirits.

The game consists of five levels, each with its unique challenges:

Run-down Factory: Erika moves into the Saeki house, and her dog Ivy runs off to an abandoned factory. Erika goes to explore and finds a faulty elevator. After restoring power, the elevator starts working. Inside the elevator, she sees Ivy running in, followed by an attack from Kayako. Ivy protects Erika but dies in the process.

Abandoned Hospital: Erika's mother, Michiko, has been hospitalized for a month. One night, Erika sees a boy running around. When the phone rings, the surrounding medical staff and patients disappear mysteriously. On reaching the hospital roof, Erika is pushed off by Kayako and dies.

Derelict Apartments: Erika's brother, Kenji, a deliveryman, finds a package addressed to apartment 301. Upon reaching the destination, the package transforms into Kayako. He is chased by Kayako and Toshio. Though he initially escapes, Kenji is eventually killed.

Mannequin Factory: Security guard Hiroshi is attacked by Kayako after leaving the building.

Cursed House: Erika is trapped inside and witnesses the murder incident. Hearing Ivy's bark, she follows the sound downstairs only to fall into Kayako's trap. Erika is dragged to the attic and killed, leaving behind a flashlight with dead batteries. Collecting paper fragments in each level unlocks the final fifth level.

This game offers a terrifying and immersive experience with its captivating story and unique control mechanics. The levels are diverse, and the controls are easy to grasp, but the game is filled with tension and horror elements, making it ideal for fans of horror adventure games.
