街機遊戲《世界英雄/英雄榜2》（ワールドヒーローズ2/Wordd Heros JET2）最早於1994年4月26日上市。遊戲在Neo Geo、Neo Geo CD、PS2、Wii Virtual Console、PS4、Xbox One、Switch、NEOGEO Arcade Stick Pro和手機等平台均有推出。1995年2月24日，Takara將其移植到Game Boy上。遊戲採用對戰格鬥風格，擁有4M的記憶體容量。該版本有替一些角色新增招式。

故事講述來自不同歷史時期的戰士參加為期五天的大賽，卻對主辦方的意圖毫不知情。戰鬥分為四個等級，每場比賽有三名角色參與。直到最後才發現，原來這一切都是宙斯安排的，他對當時的歷史感到厭倦，決定偷走布朗博士的時空機來到現代，並成功招募英國連環殺手傑克和三國武將呂布，企圖改變歷史。

遊戲可選擇16位角色，在比賽中每輪需要贏得兩局才能晉級。後期的敵人速度更快，有時候需要注意發射子彈或使用武器。比賽持續五天，地點依序為密西根州底特律（美國）、柏林（德國）、格拉納達（西班牙）、北京（中國）和大阪（日本）。總決賽在東京舉行，準決賽前夕的頭目是基德隊長，決賽的頭目是半藏，最終首領是傑克與呂布，然後打敗大賽主辦人宙斯就能迎來結局。

當擊敗宙斯後，根據最後的血量百分比，遊戲將有三種不同的結局：血量超過75%為第一種結局，介於25%至75%為第二種結局，低於25%為第三種結局。可以使用A按鍵進行踢擊，使用B按鍵進行揮拳，必須使用特殊招式才能造成對方最大傷害。每位角色都有4到7種必殺技，如果受到連續攻擊，則可能進入暈眩狀態，容易被秒殺。

遊戲模式包括大賽出場、武者修業、對戰和設定，難度可分為簡單、普通和困難。時間限制為99秒，共有32首背景音樂。此外，還有幾個秘技：

1.當看到Takara標誌時，按右、左、A、B和上鍵可使用頭目角色。

2.在標題畫面上，按向上、上、選擇、A、下、下、選擇、B可加快遊戲速度。

3.當Takara標誌出現時，按右、左、A、B、下、A、B和上鍵可開啟灼熱模式，隨時使用超級攻擊轟炸敵人，還可選擇與宙斯對戰，在訓練和大賽模式中可自選戰鬥風格。

4.當Takara出現在畫面上時，快速按上、B、A、下、B、A、左、右可啟動測試模式。

The arcade game "World Heroes 2" (ワールドヒーローズ2/World Heroes JET2) was first released on April 26, 1994. The game was available on various platforms such as Neo Geo, Neo Geo CD, PS2, Wii Virtual Console, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, NEOGEO Arcade Stick Pro, and mobile phones. On February 24, 1995, Takara ported it to the Game Boy. The game adopts a fighting style and has a memory capacity of 4 megabytes. This version introduces additional moves for some characters.

The story revolves around warriors from different historical periods participating in a five-day tournament, unaware of the intentions of the organizers. The battles are divided into four levels, with three characters participating in each match. It is not until the end that they discover Zeus orchestrated everything. Tired of historical events, Zeus decides to steal Dr. Brown's time machine, travel to the present, and recruits the Jack the Ripper and the Three Kingdoms general Lu Bu(Ryofu) in an attempt to alter history.

Players can choose from 16 characters, and each round of the competition requires winning two sets to advance. Later opponents have faster speeds, and players may need to pay attention to dodging bullets or throwing weapons. The tournament spans five days, with locations including Detroit (USA), Berlin (Germany), Granada (Spain), Beijing (China), and Osaka (Japan). The final showdown takes place in Tokyo, with the Captain Kidd as the boss before the semi-finals, and Hanzo as the boss in the final. The ultimate bosses are Jack and Lu Bu(Ryofu). Defeating Zeus leads to the conclusion of the game.

After defeating Zeus, depending on the final blood percentage, the game has three different endings: over 75% health for the first ending, between 25% and 75% health for the second ending, and below 25% health for the third ending. Players can kick using the A button, punch using the B button, and must use special moves to inflict maximum damage. Each character has 4 to 7 special moves, and consecutive attacks may stun the opponent, making them vulnerable to being KO'd.

Game modes include Tournament Entry, Warrior Training, Versus, and Settings, with difficulty levels ranging from Easy, Normal, to Hard. There is a time limit of 99 seconds, with a total of 32 background music tracks. Additionally, there are several secrets:

1.When you see the Takara logo, press Right, Left, A, B, and Up to use the boss characters.

2.On the title screen, press Up, Up, Select, A, Down, Down, Select, B to speed up the game.

3.When the Takara logo appears, press Right, Left, A, B, Down, A, B, and Up to activate the Burning Mode, allowing you to unleash super attacks on enemies at any time. You can also choose to battle Zeus and select fighting styles in training and tournament modes.

4.When Takara appears on the screen, quickly press Up, B, A, Down, B, A, Left, Right to activate Test Mode.
