1989年由Naxat製作和發行的PCE遊戲《實戰拳賽/真實拳擊手》（Digital Champ: Battle Boxing/バトルボクシング）。當時僅在日本販售，海外版直到2008年的Wii Virtual Console才問世，後來在Wii U eShop上有販售。

遊戲呈現3D畫面，並採用第一人視角。海外版的故事背景設定在西元20XX年，主角是一名變種人，必須與複製人拳擊手們進行比賽，最終挑戰機器人。只有三位對手，分別是馬西亞諾(Marciano)、米克(Mick)和薩姆森(Samson)，每場比賽最多12輪，每輪三分鐘。

玩家使用兩個按鈕進行左右揮拳，移動到左或右可以躲過對方的攻擊。先按住揮拳按鈕再放開，就能產生更大的傷害。出拳的種類包括短拳、直拳、防禦和兩種勾拳等。

遊戲的密技如下：

1.將連發器的I調整到中，II則調整到速度最強，同時按住可以同時左右揮拳。

2.在第11場輸給Mr.X兩次，進行接關3次(CONTINUE.3)，然後進行重設(RESET)，畫面就會出現LEVEL 2，敵人的速度變成兩倍的快。

3.在模式選擇畫面（NEW GAME / CONTINUE）中按上、左、下、右、RUN鈕，會出現DEFENSE NO.00的畫面，此時可以自由選擇最後選手前的全部12場比賽。

4.在模式選擇畫面出現時，按上、上、下、下、左、右、左，再按下RUN鈕，畫面會突然變成結局，被擊敗的選手也會預祝比賽順利。

5.在模式選擇畫面中輸入上、右、下、左、RUN鈕的指令，畫面會分割為四，拳擊速度加快四倍，計時也加快。

6.在模式畫面輸入上、上、下、下、右、左、右、左、RUN，這時候能隨時使出必殺拳擊。

7.讓拳擊量表閃爍，然後按左下或右下，同時放開I、II，然後馬上又按I、II，就能使出如閃電般的炸裂上勾拳。

8.讓拳擊量表閃爍，然後按上方，同時放開I、II，又馬上按I、II，這時候能使出跟墨西哥選手同樣的螺旋式揮擊。

The PCE game "Digital Champ: Battle Boxing（バトルボクシング）," developed and released by Naxat in 1989, was initially available only in Japan. The international version made its debut on the Wii Virtual Console in 2008, and it was later offered on the Wii U eShop.

The game features 3D graphics and adopts a first-person perspective. The overseas version's storyline is set in the 20XX era, where the protagonist is a mutant tasked with boxing against clone boxers and eventually challenging a robot. There are only three opponents: Marciano, Mick, and Samson, with a maximum of 12 rounds per match, each lasting three minutes.

Players use two buttons for left and right punches, and moving left or right allows them to dodge the opponent's attacks. Holding down the punch button before releasing generates more significant damage. Punch types include short punches, straight punches, defense, and two types of hooks.

Here are some game cheats:

1.Adjust the firing device's I to the middle, and set II to the highest speed. Holding them simultaneously allows for punches in both directions.

2.Lose to Mr. X twice in the 11th match, continue three times (CONTINUE.3), then reset (RESET). The screen will show LEVEL 2, and the enemy's speed will double.

3.On the mode selection screen (NEW GAME / CONTINUE), press UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, RUN to display DEFENSE NO.00, enabling the free selection of all 12 matches before the final opponent.

4.On the mode selection screen, input UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, RUN. The screen will suddenly turn into the ending, and defeated opponents will wish for a smooth competition.

5.On the mode selection screen, enter UP, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, RUN to split the screen into four, quadrupling the boxing speed and accelerating the timer.

6.On the mode screen, input UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RUN to unleash special boxing moves at any time.

7.Make the boxing gauge flash, then press lower left or lower right while releasing I, II. Immediately press I, II again to execute a lightning-like exploding uppercut.

8.Make the boxing gauge flash, then press upward while releasing I, II. Immediately press I, II again to perform a spiral swing similar to the Mexican boxer.
