《北斗神拳》（北斗の拳 -凄絶十番勝負-/Hokuto No Ken – Fist Of The North Star）於1989年12月23日由東映動畫在Game Boy平台上發行。最多可支援兩位玩家進行對戰，忠實呈現原作的設計，玩家將根據劇情的發展與敵人進行激烈格鬥。

遊戲分為一般模式（Normal）、一對一模式（VS）和小組模式（5人），在選好角色後即可開始對決。在一般模式中，只要贏得戰鬥，就能獲得經驗值，進而提升等級。玩家可以透過Continue的指令輸入密碼進行續關。

遊戲總共包含11位可選擇的角色，如拳四郎、Heart、Shin、Jagi、Uygur、Souther、Roah、Falco、Han、Hyou、Kaioh。初期，玩家可以選擇拉歐，他具有相當強大的攻擊力。有些角色可以遠距離射出飛鏢，而Heart則沒有集氣功能和跳躍，但可以持續按B用肥肉衝撞敵人，造成對方嚴重失血。

將對手的血量歸零即可獲勝。A是確認指令，B是取消。在戰鬥畫面中，按A是揮拳，持續按A就能集氣攻擊；B是進行踢擊。戰鬥沒有時間上的限制，需要擊中對手的要害部位才能造成嚴重傷害。

It supports up to two players for intense battles that faithfully capture the design of the original. Players engage in fierce combat based on the development of the storyline and confrontations with various enemies.

The game features three modes: Normal mode, VS mode for one-on-one battles, and a Team mode for battles involving five characters. After selecting characters, players can start dueling. In Normal mode, winning battles earns experience points to level up. Players can use Continue commands to input passwords for continuing to the next stage.

The game includes a roster of 11 characters to choose from, including Kenshiro, Heart, Shin, Jagi, Uygur, Souther, Roah, Falco, Han, Hyou, and Kaioh. In the early stages, players can choose Raoh, who possesses powerful attacks. Some characters can shoot darts from a distance, while Heart lacks charging and jumping abilities but can continuously press B to ram into enemies, causing severe damage.

Victory is achieved by reducing the opponent's health to zero. A confirms commands, and B cancels them. In the battle screen, pressing A performs punches, and holding A charges up powerful attacks. B executes kicks. There is no time limit in battles, and hitting the opponent's vital points is essential for causing significant damage.
