1993年10月29日，由Capcom製作並發行的Game Boy單機遊戲《洛克人世界4》（ロックマンワールド4/Mega Man IV/Rockman World 4）。同年在北美和歐洲上市。2013年10月23日，復刻版在3DS Virtual Console上推出。遊戲有4M的記憶體，通過輸入密碼就可繼續關卡。

故事設定在20XX年，在《洛克人3》劇情落幕的數月後。全世界的科學家聚集在一起參加年度的世界機器人博覽會（世界ロボット博覧会），展示最新的發明。萊特博士（Dr. Light）、洛克人、Rush和Beat也參加這次博覽會。突然，天空出現一個可疑的UFO，原來是威利博士要利用博覽會上的機器人來幫助他實現統治世界的目標，並通過無線電波控制這些機器人。萊特博士趕回實驗室，將洛克人改裝成戰鬥裝備。與此同時，威利博士已經操控著機器人，對城市進行嚴重的破壞……

遊戲分為兩階段，必須先打敗先出場的4位機器人才能進入第二階段。每個階段都有四位機器人。第一輪的頭目來自紅白機(Famicom)版本的《洛克人4》，而第二輪的頭目則來自《洛克人5》。當擊敗前四位機器人並取得B、E、A、T的零件後，就可以重新進入關卡拿關鍵的道具。

第一輪的頭目包括：

1.光人（Bright Man）：武器是閃光停止器（Flash Stopper），弱點是驟雨（Rain Flush）。

2.蟾蜍人（Toad Man）：武器是驟雨（Rain Flush）和鑽錐炸彈（Rush Coil），弱點是圓環迴力鏢（Ring Boomerang）或膠化汽油炸彈（Napalm Bomb）。

3.法老王人（Pharaoh Man）：武器是法老射擊（Pharaoh Shot），弱點是閃光停止器（Flash Stopper）、水晶眼（Crystal Eye）或法老射擊（Pharaoh Shot）。

4.圓環人（Ring Man）：武器是圓環回力鏢（Ring Boomerang），弱點是法老射擊（Pharaoh Shot）或衝鋒踢（Charge Kick）。

第二輪的頭目包括：

1.石頭人（Stone Man）：武器是威力石（Power Stone），弱點是膠化汽油炸彈（Napalm Bomb）。

2.衝鋒人（Charge Man）：武器是衝鋒踢（Charge Kick）或疾速噴射（Rush Jet），弱點是威力石（Power Stone）或驟雨（Rain Flush）。

3.膠化汽油人（Napalm Man）：武器是膠化汽油炸彈（Napalm Bomb），弱點是水晶眼（Crystal Eye）或法老射擊（Pharaoh Shot）。

4.水晶人（Crystal Man）：武器是水晶眼（Crystal Eye），弱點是衝鋒踢（Charge Kick）或圓環回力鏢（Ring Boomerang）。

此外，還有其他頭目，如巴拉德、威利戰車砲台、威力戰艦艦橋、獵人和威利機器鐵巨人。

洛克人可以進行滑行和集氣攻擊。遊戲整體難度不高，按下A鍵進行跳躍，按下B鍵進行射擊。當取得機器人彼得後，就能使用他的功能，即用身體撞擊畫面上的敵人。第四代導入P Chips的設定，是有P字母閃爍的膠囊。完成關卡後，可以到萊特博士的實驗室，使用該晶片來複製洛克人想要的物品，如額外生命、各種坦克或為特殊武器進行充電。

Mega Man can slide and charge his attacks. The game's overall difficulty is not high; A is used for jumping and B for shooting. When obtaining the Peter the Robot, players can use his ability to tackle enemies on the screen. The game introduces P Chips, indicated by a flashing P, allowing players to replicate desired items, such as extra lives, various tanks, or charging special weapons, in Dr. Light's lab upon completing levels.
